What We Collect
PaperPlane processes account, author, reviewer and submission data needed to run conference and journal workflows — names, emails, affiliations, uploaded manuscripts and review reports.
How We Use It
Data is used only to operate the product: routing submissions, managing review, notifying participants and assembling camera-ready volumes. Processing is covered by a data processing agreement with organizers. EU hosting is available on request.
Reviewer Anonymity
Reviewer identities stay hidden from authors unless a report is explicitly released by an organizer.
Retention
Organizers control how long submission and review records are kept for each event. A full privacy policy with retention periods, subprocessors and contact details will be published here before launch.
