Find the call
Open the call link from the conference site or an invitation email. PaperPlane does not require an account to start a submission — you confirm ownership with a magic link when you are ready to edit or withdraw.
Upload the manuscript
Drag in a PDF (or the format the organizers requested). Title, abstract, and keywords can be typed in or pulled from the file when metadata is available. You can replace the file until the deadline closes.
Add co-authors
Invite co-authors by email or ORCID. Each person confirms their affiliation once; PaperPlane keeps the author list in sync across revisions.
After you submit
You receive a confirmation email with a private status link. When reviews are released, you see reports and revision requests in the same place — no separate portal login to remember.
